Lorsqu\u2019on passe des effectifs bruts (total T) aux \u00e9quivalents temps plein (total ETP), la proportion de femmes diminue tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement\u202f: elle passe \u00e0 35,31 %.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>La proportion de femmes dans\u00a0notre \u00e9chantillon LinkedIn est similaire\u202f: tous les \u00e9diteurs de SMA confondus, elles repr\u00e9sentent en moyenne 35,26 % de l\u2019\u00e9chantillon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb4.5.6&Prime;
