_module_preset=\u00a0\u00bbdefault\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>De cette analyse des services radiophoniques sous l\u2019angle de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 et de la diversit\u00e9 <strong>\u00e9merge un certain nombre de tendance positives<\/strong>, mais \u00e9galement d\u2019autres <strong>nettement plus nuanc\u00e9es<\/strong> qui contrebalancent ces r\u00e9sultats. Certaines tendances s\u2019av\u00e8rent sp\u00e9cifiques au m\u00e9dia radiophonique, en revanche d\u2019autres semblent nettement plus transversales. En effet, il s\u2019agit d\u2019un premier Barom\u00e8tre des services radiophoniques. Pourtant, de nombreuses tendances que nous avons mises au jour dans cette analyse figuraient d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans les pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents Barom\u00e8tres des services t\u00e9l\u00e9visuels. On peut identifier des diff\u00e9rences de chiffres mais des tendances ou m\u00e9canismes identiques.<\/p>\n<p>On rel\u00e8ve ainsi <strong>des tendances de fond qui traversent les Barom\u00e8tres<\/strong>, des m\u00e9canismes qui traversent l\u2019espace des repr\u00e9sentations m\u00e9diatiques du genre et de la diversit\u00e9 quels que soient les modes de consommation \u00e9tudi\u00e9s (services t\u00e9l\u00e9visuels ou radiophoniques).<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, les femmes, les personnes issues de la diversit\u00e9, les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es et les tr\u00e8s jeunes, les individus issus de cat\u00e9gories socio-professionnelles moins qualifi\u00e9es ainsi que les inactif.ve.s et les personnes en situation de handicap font \u00e0 nouveau l\u2019objet de repr\u00e9sentations quantitativement et qualitativement d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9es par rapport aux hommes, aux jeunes adultes, aux personnes vues comme \u00ab\u00a0blanches\u00a0\u00bb ou non per\u00e7ues comme \u00e9tant issues de la diversit\u00e9, aux cat\u00e9gories socio-professionnelles sup\u00e9rieures et aux individus per\u00e7us comme en \u00ab\u00a0bonne\u00a0\u00bb sant\u00e9. Qui plus est, l\u2019imbrication des diff\u00e9rents marqueurs de l\u2019identit\u00e9 d\u2019une personne vient renforcer sa visibilit\u00e9 ou son invisibilit\u00e9 dans l\u2019espace m\u00e9diatique ainsi que le montre l\u2019approche intersectionnelle. <strong>Les modes de consommations \u00e9tudi\u00e9s changent mais les tendances se r\u00e9p\u00e8tent\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pourtant, m\u00eame s\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019un premier Barom\u00e8tre des services radiophoniques, <strong>l\u2019heure n\u2019est plus \u00e0 la d\u00e9couverte des enjeux<\/strong> li\u00e9s \u00e0 la repr\u00e9sentation de la diversit\u00e9 dans les m\u00e9dias audiovisuels : plusieurs \u00e9tats des lieux des questions de genre et de diversit\u00e9 ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9s<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><span>[1]<\/span><\/a>, des bonnes pratiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 relay\u00e9es et discut\u00e9es<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><span>[2]<\/span><\/a>, des recommandations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9es et certains outils structurels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 impuls\u00e9s pour avancer vers le changement<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\"><span>[3]<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Compte tenu de ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments et des r\u00e9sultats mis en exergue dans ce Barom\u00e8tre des programmes radiophoniques, il s\u2019agit d\u00e9sormais de s\u2019engager tr\u00e8s concr\u00e8tement dans la voie du changement pour mettre \u00e0 mal ces tendances de fond qui semblent traverser l\u2019espace des repr\u00e9sentations m\u00e9diatiques.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, dans la mesure o\u00f9 la sensibilisation et la dynamique d\u2019\u00e9mulation ne semblent pas suffire \u00e0 converger vers d\u2019autres modes de repr\u00e9sentation et \u00e0 engranger des changements vraiment structurels, <strong>il convient de se poser la question des initiatives plus contraignantes et recourant \u00e0 la voie l\u00e9gislative et r\u00e9glementaire<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><a href=\"#_ftnref1\" name=\"_ftn1\">[1]<\/a> Conseil Sup\u00e9rieur de l\u2019Audiovisuel, <em>Barom\u00e8tre de la Diversit\u00e9 et de l\u2019Egalit\u00e9 <\/em>2011, 2012, 2013, 2017. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> Association des journalistes professionnels, <em>Etude de la diversit\u00e9 et de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 dans la presse quotidienne belge francophone<\/em>, 2011, 2015 et 2019.
