_module_preset=\u00a0\u00bbdefault\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suite aux constats et aux conclusions de ce dernier Barom\u00e8tre, le Coll\u00e8ge d\u2019autorisation et de contr\u00f4le du CSA a adopt\u00e9 en sa s\u00e9ance du 11 f\u00e9vrier 2021 les recommandations suivantes\u00a0adress\u00e9es aux \u00e9diteurs de services de m\u00e9dias audiovisuels mais aussi aux pouvoirs publics :<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\"><strong>Recommandations aux pouvoirs publics\u00a0:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Encourager les pouvoirs publics \u00e0 d\u00e9finir des objectifs concrets quantitatifs et qualitatifs dans la l\u00e9gislation en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des genres et de diversit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cran ou \u00e0 l\u2019antenne pour les \u00e9diteurs de services de m\u00e9dias audiovisuels, \u00e0 tout le moins pour tous ceux qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019un financement public\u00a0(via, en particulier, le contrat de gestion de la RTBF\u00a0et les conventions des m\u00e9dias de proximit\u00e9) ;<\/p>\n<p>Encourager les pouvoirs publics \u00e0 fixer des obligations d\u2019engagement au secteur sur un certain nombre d\u2019indicateurs cl\u00e9s (par exemple\u00a0: proportion de femmes expertes ou d\u2019expert.e.s issu.e.s de la diversit\u00e9, etc.). Le CSA v\u00e9rifierait la r\u00e9alisation des engagements\u00a0;<\/p>\n<p>Soutenir les recherches et monitorings de donn\u00e9es visant \u00e0 \u00e9tudier la repr\u00e9sentation quantitative et qualitative des genres et de la diversit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cran\/\u00e0 l\u2019antenne.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\"><strong>Recommandations aux \u00e9diteurs de services de m\u00e9dias audiovisuels :<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Formaliser des plans d\u2019action relatifs \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 de genre et \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cran\/\u00e0 l\u2019antenne contenant des objectifs pr\u00e9cis quantitatifs et qualitatifs et les rendre publics\u00a0;<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9signer une personne ressource responsable des questions d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 ayant une autonomie \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de la direction et des capacit\u00e9s d\u2019action\u00a0;<\/p>\n<p>Porter une attention particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019intersectionnalit\u00e9, en tenant compte des discriminations multiples qu\u2019une personne peut vivre sur la base des diff\u00e9rents marqueurs de son identit\u00e9 \u2013 genre, origine, \u00e2ge, orientation sexuelle \u2026<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=\u00a0\u00bb1&Prime;
