Un constat qui ne fait pas exception dans les chiffres du dernier barom\u00e8tre (<span style=\"color: #ec6730;\"><strong>Slide 1<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">).<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> Cette faible repr\u00e9sentation est une constante au fil des Barom\u00e8tres et n\u2019a que tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement augment\u00e9 entre 2011 et 2021 (+1,05 %), et connait une diminution depuis 2013. Lors du dernier Barom\u00e8tre, 11.31 % de l\u2019ensemble des intervenant.e.s observ\u00e9.e.s dans les programmes sont per\u00e7u.e.s comme \u00e9tant issu.e.s de la diversit\u00e9, c\u2019est une diminution de 1,19% par rapport \u00e0 2017 (\u00e9chantillon commun). Cette diminution touche la majorit\u00e9 des programmes depuis 10 ans, avec certaines baisses significatives (-17,78 % dans la fiction et -10,35 % dans le divertissement (<strong><span style=\"color: #ec6730;\">Slide <\/span><\/strong><\/span><strong><span data-contrast=\"none\" style=\"color: #ff6600;\">2<\/span><\/strong><span data-contrast=\"none\">)<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">.\u202f<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559738&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">En termes de r\u00f4les m\u00e9diatiques, les personnes per\u00e7ues comme issues de la diversit\u00e9 occupent principalement des r\u00f4les dans le registre du pathos et de l\u2019affect. Elles sont essentiellement pr\u00e9sentes dans des programmes tels que le sport, les magazines-documentaires et l\u2019information. Au sein des programmes d\u2019information, pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des personnes per\u00e7ues comme issues de la diversit\u00e9 &#8211; (41,16 %) s\u2019incarnent dans des sujets qui rel\u00e8vent de l\u2019actualit\u00e9 internationale. En termes de r\u00f4les m\u00e9diatiques en 2021, les r\u00f4les les plus prestigieux sont ceux o\u00f9 la proportion d\u2019intervenant.e.s per\u00e7u.e.s comme issu.e.s de la diversit\u00e9 est la plus faible., On observe toutefois depuis 2011, une augmentation de leur pr\u00e9sence dans certains r\u00f4les (+2,28 % dans le r\u00f4le de porte-parole depuis 2011 pour atteindre 6,11% de la totalit\u00e9 des porte-parole en 2021 et +3,19 % dans le r\u00f4le de journaliste-animateur.trice depuis 2011 pour atteindre 5,66 % de la totalit\u00e9 des journalistes-animateur.trice.s en 2021) (<span style=\"color: #ec6730;\"><strong>Slide <\/strong><\/span><\/span><strong><span data-contrast=\"none\" style=\"color: #ff6600;\">3<\/span><\/strong><span data-contrast=\"none\">).<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u202f<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559738&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Enfin, lorsque l\u2019on croise l\u2019origine avec d\u2019autres variables de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 et de la diversit\u00e9, on remarque que les constats du Barom\u00e8tre se renforcent. Par exemple, en croisant origine et cat\u00e9gorie socio-professionnelle, on observe, durant ces dix derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, que les personnes per\u00e7ues comme issues de la diversit\u00e9 diminuent parmi les CSP+ (-8,03 %) et augmentent dans d\u2019autres (+18,5 % pour les sportif.ve.s professionnel.le.s). Pour comparaison, en 2021 Statbel enregistrait 20,1 % de Belges d\u2019origine \u00e9trang\u00e8re<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">2<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> et 12,6 % de non-Belges soit au total 32,7 % de Belges pouvaient potentiellement \u00eatre per\u00e7u.e.s comme issu.e.s de la diversit\u00e9. N\u00e9anmoins, il faut saisir ces donn\u00e9es avec pr\u00e9caution dans la mesure o\u00f9 les donn\u00e9es concernant l\u2019origine au sein du Barom\u00e8tre et celles de Statbel ne rel\u00e8vent pas exactement de la m\u00eame r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Ainsi, dans le Barom\u00e8tre nous nous fondons sur l\u2019origine per\u00e7ue tandis que Statbel distingue les Belges d\u2019origine belge des deux autres cat\u00e9gories\u202f: Belges d\u2019origine \u00e9trang\u00e8re et non-Belges selon des crit\u00e8res sp\u00e9cifiques<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">3<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.
