Pour cela, il faut analyser comment\u00a0ils.elles\u00a0relatent les exp\u00e9riences d\u2019in\u00e9galit\u00e9 qu\u2019ils.elles\u00a0ont\u00a0v\u00e9cues. Les\u00a0professionnel.le.s\u00a0essaient de mettre des mots sur les situations qu\u2019ils ont v\u00e9cues pour les rendre intelligibles. Il faut analyser quel est le cadre de compr\u00e9hension qu\u2019ils.elles\u00a0construisent. Aller au-del\u00e0 des sentiments qu\u2019ils.elles\u00a0disent ressentir pour analyser comment\u00a0ils.elles\u00a0mobilisent un cadre de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, au sens d\u2019Erwin Goffman, qui influe sur leurs exp\u00e9riences, et en quoi il est r\u00e9v\u00e9lateur de socialisation professionnelle et personnelle, de ressources cognitives (lectures, cours suivis durant leur formation initiale, etc.). Il faut donc analyser les parcours biographiques des\u00a0r\u00e9pondant.e.s, l\u2019\u00e2ge, leur appartenance de classe, les conditions d\u2019acc\u00e8s, leurs formations, la profession des parents, les am\u00e9nagements vie priv\u00e9e-vie personnelle qu\u2019ils.elles\u00a0mettent en place, etc. Les ressources que les femmes vont mobiliser pour construire des strat\u00e9gies pour faire face aux situations de sexisme ne vont pas \u00eatre les m\u00eames selon leur socialisation, leur trajectoire mais aussi selon les \u00e9quipes dans lesquelles elles exercent leur activit\u00e9 professionnelle.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>A ce propos, il serait pertinent d\u2019analyser les figures d\u2019exception\u202f: les femmes qui sont parvenues \u00e0 des hauts niveaux hi\u00e9rarchiques ou dans des bastions o\u00f9 il n\u2019y a que des hommes. Certes elles sont exceptionnelles parce qu\u2019elles sont l\u00e0 o\u00f9 statistiquement elles avaient peu de chance d\u2019y \u00eatre, toutefois m\u00eame l\u2019exceptionnalit\u00e9 r\u00e9sulte en partie d\u2019une construction de la domination masculine. Il ne suffit pas d\u2019en faire des exceptions ou des h\u00e9ro\u00efnes. Il faut questionner les modalit\u00e9s selon lesquelles elles sont arriv\u00e9es \u00e0 ces positions et le co\u00fbt que l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 ces postes repr\u00e9sente pour ces femmes, mais aussi leur trajectoire socio-biographique. Je renvoie notamment aux travaux d\u2019Emmanuelle\u00a0Zolezio\u00a0sur les femmes chirurgiens (Emmanuelle\u00a0Zolesio,\u202fChirurgiens au f\u00e9minin ? Des\u00a0femmes dans un m\u00e9tier d\u2019hommes, Presses universitaires de Rennes, coll. \u00ab Le sens social \u00bb, 2012). E.\u00a0Zelazio\u00a0d\u00e9montre comment \u00e0 travers l\u2019analyse de leur sociobiographie, elles sont parvenues \u00e0 ces fonctions. Comment par exemple, l\u2019une d\u2019entre elles, a eu un p\u00e8re militaire et que son \u00e9ducation lui a permis de s\u2019adapter dans un milieu professionnel d\u2019homosociabilit\u00e9 masculine, \u00e0 faire face \u00e0 l\u2019ambiance des salles de garde des h\u00f4pitaux, aux blagues sexuelles et sexistes.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><b>Quel regard portez-vous sur le concept de \u00ab\u202fplafond de verre\u202f\u00bb\u202f?\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p aria-level=\"1\"><em>La notion de plafond de verre n\u2019est pas une notion statique. Le plafond de verre n\u2019est ni unidimensionnel, ni horizontal. Ce qu\u2019il est int\u00e9ressant d\u2019analyser c\u2019est comment, \u00e0 chaque moment de leur carri\u00e8re, les femmes sont toutes confront\u00e9es au plafond de verre, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire \u00e0 des obstacles d\u2019avancement dans leur carri\u00e8re. Cependant, ceux-ci ne sont pas les m\u00eames selon le stade de la carri\u00e8re professionnelle et la position que l\u2019on occupe dans le champ professionnel (contrat de travail, statut de l\u2019employeur, l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 professionnelle du m\u00e9dia pour lequel on travaille, etc.). S\u2019il y a des logiques structurelles de\u00a0domination, celles-ci ne vont pas s\u2019incarner de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re au sein des diff\u00e9rents m\u00e9tiers, des diff\u00e9rents niveaux hi\u00e9rarchiques, mais aussi sur les personnes d\u2019une m\u00eame \u00e9quipe.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p aria-level=\"1\"><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><b>Quels sont les m\u00e9canismes d\u2019assignation\u202f? Comment fonctionnent-ils\u202f?\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em>On parle d\u2019assignation pour \u00e9voquer les m\u00e9canismes collectifs par lesquels on dicte \u00e0 un individu sa position dans une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9e. Elle renvoie \u00e0 des normes c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire des conventions, des r\u00e8gles sociales qui d\u00e9finissent ce qu\u2019est cens\u00e9 \u00eatre un homme, une femme, leurs activit\u00e9s et leurs qualit\u00e9s respectives, la mani\u00e8re dont\u00a0il.elle\u00a0est\u00a0cens\u00e9.e\u00a0se comporter dans les relations interpersonnelles par exemple. Les assignations genr\u00e9es s\u2019appuient souvent sur des processus de naturalisation et de biologisation des identit\u00e9s de genre. Pour construire ces assignations de genre, les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s se saisissent de diff\u00e9rences qui peuvent \u00eatre biologiques entre les hommes et les femmes, pour construire des conceptions\u00a0du masculin\u00a0et\u00a0du f\u00e9minin\u00a0ainsi qu\u2019une repr\u00e9sentation asym\u00e9trique des rapports de genre (les hommes ma\u00eetrisent leurs \u00e9motions, les femmes sont \u00e9motives).\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Les assignations, ce n\u2019est donc pas seulement une question de socialisation \u00e0 des normes, elles structurent aussi des rapports de pouvoir. Dans les entreprises,\u00a0par exemple, il existe des m\u00e9canismes formels et informels par lesquels le collectif va rappeler sans cesse \u00e0 un individu le genre auquel il est cens\u00e9 appartenir. Cela peut se manifester \u00e0 travers les processus d\u2019attribution des sujets, les responsabilit\u00e9s, les modalit\u00e9s de prises de parole lors de la conf\u00e9rence de r\u00e9daction, etc. Ainsi, on va pr\u00e9supposer que c\u2019est l\u00e0 sa place et on va sans cesse lui faire comprendre qu\u2019il doit se comporter et agir conform\u00e9ment aux normes du genre \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153uvre dans la r\u00e9daction.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><b>Comment r\u00e9duire les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s genr\u00e9es au sein de l\u2019environnement professionnel\u202f?\u00a0<\/b><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>On ne peut pas changer durablement et de mani\u00e8re p\u00e9renne les assignations, les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s et les discriminations genr\u00e9es sans repenser l\u2019organisation du travail. Et on ne peut pas faire peser l\u2019enti\u00e8re responsabilit\u00e9 des discriminations et in\u00e9galit\u00e9s genr\u00e9es sur les\u00a0professionnel.le.s\u00a0de base. On ne peut pas \u00e0 la fois dire aux journalistes\u202f: \u00ab\u202f\u00e7a ne tient qu\u2019\u00e0 vous de faire que votre traitement de l\u2019actualit\u00e9, vos relations avec vos coll\u00e8gues et vos sources d\u2019information soient moins in\u00e9galitaires et discriminants en termes de genre\u202f\u00bb, tout en maintenant une culture de la concurrence de tous contre tous dans les r\u00e9dactions, de la recherche du scoop pour se\u00a0d\u00e9marquer\u00a0de la concurrence mais aussi de ses coll\u00e8gues. Cette culture de l\u2019hyperconcurrence\u00a0va \u00e0 l\u2019encontre du travail collaboratif et de la prise en compte d\u2019autrui avec ses alt\u00e9rit\u00e9s. L\u2019entreprise doit se questionner sur son cadre d\u2019organisation du travail, ses objectifs, la place des journalistes, l\u2019information que l\u2019on veut produire, tout cela pour que cela soit le moins discriminant.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Il y a des organisations du travail qui vont \u00eatre plus ou moins favorables \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 genr\u00e9e. Nous avons men\u00e9 une \u00e9tude sur les journalistes politiques avec Eug\u00e9nie\u00a0Saitta\u00a0(Damian-Gaillard, B\u00e9atrice\u202f;\u00a0Saitta, Eug\u00e9nie,\u00a0Les transformations du journalisme politique : reproduction et subversion des rapports de genre, Recherches f\u00e9ministes, n\u00b033, ao\u00fbt 2020, pp. 233-250) au cours de laquelle certaines journalistes nous indiquent qu\u2019elles peuvent d\u2019autant plus s\u2019organiser contre le sexisme dans les relations aux sources qu\u2019elles sont dans des r\u00e9dactions inform\u00e9es sur et sensibilis\u00e9es \u00e0 cette question, dans lesquelles elles vont b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de soutien de la part de leur encadrement et de leurs coll\u00e8gues ;
