Les deux volets\u00a0sont\u00a0compl\u00e9mentaires.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Deuxi\u00e8mement, on\u00a0constate qu\u2019en F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Wallonie Bruxelles, les donn\u00e9es statistiques sont peu nombreuses ou parcellaires quant \u00e0 la r\u00e9partition des effectifs des\u00a0professionnel.le.s\u00a0des m\u00e9dias par genre.\u00a0D\u2019une\u00a0part, les rapports annuels des \u00e9diteurs de services de m\u00e9dias audiovisuels ne contiennent pas\u00a0n\u00e9cessairement\u00a0de d\u00e9tails sur ce type de donn\u00e9es. Et d\u2019autre part, les \u00e9tudes qui existent en la mati\u00e8re se sont focalis\u00e9es sur certaines fonctions professionnelles, comme les journalistes par exemple,\u00a0mais ces \u00e9tudes n\u2019ont\u00a0pas proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 un examen transversal de l\u2019ensemble des m\u00e9tiers des entreprises de m\u00e9dias.\u00a0C\u2019est notre objectif dans cette \u00e9tude.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Enfin, c\u2019est important de disposer de donn\u00e9es, parce qu\u2019on ne peut mettre en place des actions qu\u2019\u00e0 partir du moment o\u00f9 on a un \u00e9tat des lieux de la situation. Donc, avoir des statistiques\u00a0relatives \u00e0 l\u2019emploi dans les entreprises de m\u00e9dias ventil\u00e9es par sexe, c\u2019est\u00a0indispensable pour fonder des mesures r\u00e9gulatoires et des politiques publiques adapt\u00e9es aux r\u00e9alit\u00e9s sociales.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Quels sont les principaux objectifs de cette\u00a0<\/span><\/b><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">recherche<\/span><\/b><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u202f?<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>Les objectifs sont au nombre de quatre.\u00a0Premi\u00e8rement, on souhaite\u00a0apporter des informations\u00a0sur la distribution globale des hommes et des femmes\u00a0au sein des \u00e9diteurs de services de m\u00e9dias audiovisuels\u00a0(SMA),\u00a0mais aussi\u00a0sur leurs emplois et taux d\u2019occupation respectifs, sur leur distribution dans les postes hi\u00e9rarchiques ainsi que dans les familles de m\u00e9tiers de l\u2019audiovisuel.\u00a0Ensuite, on cherche \u00e0 comprendre les trajectoires professionnelles\u00a0des hommes et des femmes dans les m\u00e9tiers de l\u2019audiovisuel et les ressources humaines des \u00e9diteurs\u00a0SMA.\u00a0On se penche plus sp\u00e9cifiquement sur les freins et les obstacles rencontr\u00e9s par les femmes au\u00a0cours de leur carri\u00e8re\u202f: on cherche \u00e0 comprendre les m\u00e9canismes \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153uvre. Troisi\u00e8mement, on recense\u00a0les pratiques\u00a0d\u00e9j\u00e0\u00a0d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es par les \u00e9diteurs de services de m\u00e9dias audiovisuels pour accro\u00eetre l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 de genre en interne. L\u2019id\u00e9e est\u00a0d\u2019identifier les champs pour lesquels des actions existent et d\u2019autres peu explor\u00e9s, voire inexplor\u00e9s. Et enfin, on\u00a0r\u00e9fl\u00e9chit\u00a0aux pistes d\u2019action pour accro\u00eetre l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 de genre.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Comment avez-vous mis en place cette \u00e9tude\u202f?<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>C\u2019est une recherche qui a dur\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de 2 ans.\u00a0Le premier d\u00e9fi\u00a0a \u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0de\u00a0collecter\u00a0des donn\u00e9es et de construire une m\u00e9thodologie solide\u00a0avec des indicateurs pr\u00e9cis.\u00a0On\u00a0a choisi de\u00a0multiplier les m\u00e9thodes de collecte\u00a0des donn\u00e9es pour\u00a0renforcer le cadre de notre \u00e9tude.\u00a0On\u00a0a\u00a0analys\u00e9 les informations sur le personnel contenues dans les Bilans sociaux des cha\u00eenes\u202f;\u00a0on a envoy\u00e9 un questionnaire aux Directions des \u00e9diteurs de SMA\u202f;\u00a0on a diffus\u00e9 un questionnaire anonyme en ligne\u00a0adress\u00e9 aux\u00a0professionnel.le.s\u00a0de l\u2019audiovisuel qui nous a permis de collecter un peu plus de 400 r\u00e9ponses. A cela,\u00a0on a ajout\u00e9 l\u2019analyse\u00a0de plus de 700 profils issus du r\u00e9seau social professionnel\u00a0Linkedin. Et enfin, on a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 22 entretiens semi-directifs\u00a0avec des professionnelles de l\u2019audiovisuel. On a ainsi des m\u00e9thodes de collecte compl\u00e9mentaires qui\u00a0permettent de renforcer le design de l\u2019\u00e9tude.\u00a0Il a fallu ensuite traiter et analyser l\u2019ensemble de ces donn\u00e9es aussi bien quantitatives que qualitatives, ce qui a impliqu\u00e9 un travail tr\u00e8s cons\u00e9quent des \u00e9quipes de\u00a0chercheure.s\u202f!\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Quels sont les principaux constats que vous tirez\u202f?<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>On a identifi\u00e9 qu\u2019il y a un\u00a0certain\u00a0socle d\u2019opinions partag\u00e9es par une majorit\u00e9 d\u2019hommes et de femmes travaillant dans la sph\u00e8re de l\u2019audiovisuel quant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 de genre.\u00a0Par exemple,\u00a0plus de huit femmes sur dix (84,74 %) et pr\u00e8s de sept hommes sur dix (69,68 %) qui ont r\u00e9pondu au questionnaire marquent leur accord avec l\u2019affirmation selon laquelle\u00a0\u00ab\u202fL&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les femmes et les hommes au sein de mon entreprise est une th\u00e9matique importante pour moi\u202f\u00bb.\u00a0On voit aussi que dans l\u2019audiovisuel, il existe un\u00a0certain nombre de contraintes partag\u00e9es par les hommes et les femmes qui travaillent dans\u00a0ce secteur\u00a0:\u00a0environnement en mutation\u00a0(transformations, restructurations), statuts professionnels, flexibilit\u00e9, volume d\u2019heures, horaires atypiques,\u00a0\u2026.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>N\u00e9anmoins, l\u2019\u00e9tude dresse une s\u00e9rie de constats relatifs \u00e0 des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s entre les hommes et femmes au sein des m\u00e9tiers de l\u2019audiovisuel. Certains\u00a0de ces constats sont communs \u00e0 l\u2019audiovisuel et \u00e0 de nombreux secteurs professionnels\u202f:\u00a0ils sont \u00ab\u202ftransversaux\u202f\u00bb et l\u2019audiovisuel n\u2019y \u00e9chappe pas. D\u2019autres sont\u00a0plus\u00a0sp\u00e9cifiques au secteur audiovisuel.\u00a0On peut\u00a0citer notamment\u00a0les horaires atypiques, le recours aux pigistes,\u00a0ind\u00e9pendant.e.s\u00a0mais aussi un acc\u00e8s difficile pour les femmes \u00e0 certains m\u00e9tiers de l\u2019audiovisuel.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, on voit en termes quantitatifs,\u00a0que<b>\u00a0<\/b>les femmes sont sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es au sein du personnel de la grande majorit\u00e9 des \u00e9diteurs de SMA. Sur les 24 entreprises \u00e9tudi\u00e9es, on a une proportion moyenne de 36% de femmes.\u00a0Et puis, on per\u00e7oit des\u00a0in\u00e9galit\u00e9s de genre\u00a0qui\u00a0prennent corps dans diff\u00e9rents champs\u202f: l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la hi\u00e9rarchie\u202f; l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux m\u00e9tiers\u202f; les salaires\u202f; le v\u00e9cu du sexisme\u00a0et, parfois,\u00a0du harc\u00e8lement\u00a0et\u00a0des discriminations\u202f; la conciliation vie priv\u00e9e \u2013 vie professionnelle\u202f; la construction de la trajectoire professionnelle.
