Contexte
Le 29 juin 2018, la Conférence des Régulateurs du secteur des Communications électroniques (CRC) adoptait une décision concernant l’analyse du marché de la radiodiffusion télévisuelle en région de langue française.
Conformément à cette décision, les opérateurs concernés sont notamment tenus, dans le cadre de leurs obligations de transparence, de publier une offre de référence.
Consultation
La présente consultation porte sur trois projets de décision du Collège d’autorisation et de contrôle du CSA concernant les offres de référence communiquées par Brutélé, VOO S.A. et Telenet et ayant pour but d’évaluer ces offres ainsi que sur les offres elles-mêmes.

Les réactions à la présente consultation et à l’offre de référence sont attendues par courriel à info@csa.be jusqu’au 26 mai 2020 inclus.
